What does Feeling Abundant mean?

Feeling Abundant as a general definition for me is feeling that you have all you want and need in your life.  We all have different aspects of our lives where we want to feel abundant. The main foundational areas people most want to feel abundant are their physical health, finances, relationships, self-esteem/mental well-being and spirituality. 

What happens when we lack abundance in life?

We feel frustrated, dissatisfied, unhappy, and even depressed at times. We may feel abundant in our finances, but be lacking in our health. Or we may feel great with our finances and health, but be lacking in our relationships. Ultimately, having a lack in core areas of our lives will have an impact on the abundant areas in our lives sooner or later, if it's not already having an effect.

Can I feel abundant in all areas of my life?

Yes! Without a doubt, it is most certainly possible and something we all deserve in life.

How do I make that happen?

The key is truly understanding our deep desires, which sometimes may go against our current beliefs based on our past experiences and yet, may no longer be relevant.  Much of the needed shifting in thinking comes from uncovering those underlining beliefs and the barriers that hold us back.  Being true and authentic to ourselves is paramount to feeling fully abundant.  Once we have a clear understanding of all of this, there is a direction to take, choices to make and actions to take. 

This is the philosophy that I use in my coaching practice.

How the coaching process works

I provide private, confidential coaching sessions for individuals and couples via phone, audio or video conferencing, chat, as well as email support.  I draw from various transformative methods and tools to meet you where you are and guide you to where you want to be.

I primarily coach clients on an individual basis four times each month for the first few months and then slowly transition to a few sessions each month. Sessions last 60 minutes and are conducted easily over the telephone or other chosen modalities. Telephone and online coaching allows us to work together no matter where you live and saves you the time, stress and money of getting from point A to point B.  I also coach couples once both of the individuals have completed a minimum of six sessions.  I've discovered in my years of working with couples that individual coaching is needed first in order for the couples coaching process to be as successful as possible.  It helps both people uncover their internal challenges and personal triggers first prior to coming together as one unit.
